West Chester Bocce Club (wcbocce.com) is a recreational-sports community website. It provides league information and news, member accounts, the season schedule, live match scoring, standings, team pages and rosters, a members-only directory, team updates and messaging, an assistant that answers questions about the league, and — where enabled — food and drink ordering.
The Service is owned and operated by The Conscient Group LLC. The West Chester Bocce Club is the community the Service supports; it does not own or operate the Service. Access granted to league officers for administering the league is a permission, not ownership, and may be changed or withdrawn by us at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for participants in, and supporters of, an adult recreational league.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information. We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (other than user-provided content and except as expressly granted in a separate license) are owned by The Conscient Group LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant The Conscient Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Match results, standings and league records displayed on the Service are entered by team captains and league administrators. League administrators may correct a completed match where a genuine error was made; corrections are recorded in a permanent audit log together with the identity of the person who made them and the reason given. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that any result, standing or statistic is free from error, and the official outcome of any match or the season remains a matter for the league.
The Service includes an assistant that answers questions about the league. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and are provided for convenience only — they are not official league rulings and should not be relied upon as such. Do not enter sensitive personal, health or financial information, or any password, into the assistant. How we handle assistant conversations is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service does not currently collect payment information; league dues and fees are handled separately through club officers. If paid features are introduced, they will be billed as disclosed at the point of purchase, and fees will be non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONSCIENT GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 WHERE NO FEES WERE PAID.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Conscient Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek equitable relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
